Brooksource is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in the United States to design, build, and scale production-grade AI applications, focusing on autonomous agent systems and multi-agent orchestration.

You will collaborate with AI Engineering leadership, create reusable AI services, and integrate AI with enterprise platforms while ensuring reliable performance and scalable REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize multi-agent workflows covering reasoning, tool usage, memory management, and orchestration.
• Convert defined business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering leadership on architecture and implementation of enterprise AI initiatives.
• Create reusable AI services and components that can be applied across multiple business domains.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services that support AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal enterprise platforms, APIs, and databases.
• Write clean, testable PySpark code while following software engineering best practices.
• Debug and optimize AI workflows to improve latency, reliability, and cost.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering standards for AI development.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and GenAI Engineering teams on shared AI platforms.
