Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for media products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.

The role requires strong Python, extensive经验 with enterprise LLMs, API integration, and production ML experience. You will help ensure reliability and privacy compliance across global markets and contribute to cutting-edge AI

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python skills with 3+ years of production experience.
• 1+ years with enterprise LLMs, including APIs and mitigation strategies.
• 3+ years on API conventions and pipeline integration (RESTful API or FastAPI).
• 2+ years integrating high-quality LLM outputs (prompt engineering, multi-agents, structured validation, hybrid RAG, in-context learning, or NLP/ontology layering).
• 4+ years production experience measuring and improving AI or ML systems.
• PhD is a plus.
• Proficiency with NLP and document processing pipelines.
• Strong data science foundation: data analysis, statistics, structured/unstructured data.
• Experience with LLM orchestration libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with chain-of-thought and structured reasoning approaches.
• Experience with tracing tools (Arize, OpenTelemetry, LangSmith).
• Experience with memory and advanced context management at application layer.
• Experience with fine-tuning and automated system optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, architect, develop, and maintain AI systems for media products
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Implement AI systems in production environments
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across global markets
• Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI models using real-world data and feedback
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements
• Prototype and recommend new technologies
• Champion responsible AI practices, fairness, transparency, and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Participate in recruiter, technical, working-session, and team-leadership interviews
