Job summary

Dynamism is hiring an AI Engineer in San Francisco to build AI-native software for banks and commercial lenders. You will apply AI to real operational problems, work directly with users to understand failure modes, and turn prototypes into reliable product capabilities. Strong software engineering is required, not just model experimentation.

Location: San Francisco, on-site Monday through Friday. Stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AI/LLM frameworks.

Qualifications

Strong software engineer with hands-on AI or LLM experience.
Shipped production systems, not only notebooks or demos.
Understanding prompting, evaluation, model integration, and failure modes.
Able to translate operational problems into technical solutions.
Clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Production systems combining models, business logic, and human review.
Ensure reliability, traceability, and responsible use in regulated environments.
