Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced software engineer to enable an AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle. You will design, develop, and operationalize Enterprise AI Agents, driving developer productivity and AI adoption across the enterprise.

You will own full-stack development, implement agentic architectures with LangChain/LangGraph/Semantic Kernel, and prototype AI platforms while ensuring security and governance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong depth in cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Expert Python programming and familiarity with React.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with GenAI and agentic AI apps (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with RAG patterns and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain AI Agents for enterprise scale.
• Take full-stack ownership with production-ready code.
• Review code and ensure security, governance and compliance for AI apps.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams; align with PDLC initiatives.
• Contribute to best practices in AI tool adoption and architecture.
• Drive reliable, scalable AI-powered development workflows.
