interface.ai is building an AI-native platform for financial services, hiring an early-career Software Engineer to ship production features from week one. You will work on real money, real users, and solve challenging problems with LLMs in a lean team in San Francisco.

Graduates (2024–2026) or those with up to 2 years of experience who hold a CS-related degree are welcome. This onsite role offers real scope and rapid growth in a mission-driven company with a strong product in production.

Qualifications

• Graduating 2024–2026 or up to ~2 years of experience.
• Degree in CS or related field (engineering, math, physics, statistics) or demonstrable projects.
• You ship production features from your first weeks with real users and real stakes.
• Experience with LLMs and validating their outputs in production.
• On-site in downtown San Francisco five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ship production features for live financial institutions from day one.
• Own evals to verify correctness of shipped features in a regulated industry.
• Expand scope with bounded end-to-end ownership within the first year.
• Build with LLMs daily to automate routine work and focus on higher-value decisions.
