Job summary

VELOX Media is hiring an AI Developer to design and implement intelligent systems that enhance internal operations and client performance visibility. This in-house role at our Boise, Idaho headquarters collaborates with product engineers, data strategists, and leadership to build proprietary tools transforming performance data interactions.

You will work on natural language interfaces, predictive models, and automation across marketing channels, accelerating VELOX's growth as a platform-enabled

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience with data science libraries and ML tooling.
• Hands-on NLP, LLMs, and RAG development in production-ready systems.
• Experience deploying ML models and monitoring performance in cloud.
• Familiarity with vector databases and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy AI/ML models across client/internal apps.
• Build tools for predictive analytics, NLP querying, and automation.
• Collaborate to integrate AI into web platforms and backend services.
• Integrate AI with PHP/Laravel/MySQL via REST or microservices.
• Write scalable code for inference, training, and testing environments.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
• Stay ahead of LLMs, vector DBs, and open-source AI innovations.
• Contribute to long-term AI strategy for automation and insight.
