Codebridge is searching for an experienced AI Engineer to join a long-term product engagement focused on creating intelligent learning systems integrated into engineering workflows. The candidate will develop various AI agents, impacting the core product roadmap working closely with the Founder & CTO.

Expert-level skills in LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph are required, along with hands-on experience in building production AI agents. The role offers flexible working options, including remote work.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience building production AI agents.
• Understanding of agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents (20+ planned) with different business functions.
• Build Jira-connected agents that analyze tasks and assign micro-learning subtasks.
• Create content generation and notification agents.
• Implement multi-agent architecture using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Contribute to AI-heavy roadmap features.
