AptivaCorp is seeking an AI Engineer for a 12+ month contract to design, develop, test, and deploy LLM/AI solutions for a pharma-focused 3PL. The role emphasizes Claude, prompt engineering, RAG, AI automation, and document processing.

You will build prompt libraries, develop RAG pipelines, and implement AI safety guardrails while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Engineering. An in-person interview is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering/applied AI experience.
• 1+ year prompt engineering/LLM experience.
• Strong hands-on with Claude, GPT-4, or similar LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
• AI security/red-teaming/prompt injection testing.
• Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise data (WMS, EDI, SOPs, contracts, proposals).
• Build AI assistants and automate manual business processes.
• Work with Claude Desktop, MCP, local files, PDFs, Word, Excel, images, and structured data.
• Perform prompt testing, A/B testing, hallucination mitigation, and prompt-injection testing.
• Implement PII, security, compliance, and AI safety guardrails.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Engineering.
