Qualifications

• Must-have: pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
• Must-have: knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
• Must-have: demonstrated interest or project experience in AI/ML, specifically with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Must-have: familiarity with Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Explore and build proof-of-concept AI agents to automate internal engineering workflows.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for internal docs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven fixes.
• Test and document emerging AI-assisted coding and monitoring tools for broader use.
• Participate in security-minded engineering ensuring data hygiene and secrets management.
