Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a motivated student for a summer AI internship to assist with development and testing of AI-powered solutions and agents.

You will support automation initiatives, analyze data for process optimization, document requirements, and participate in demonstrations with stakeholders. Hybrid in-person location with flexible hours. Pay is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week).
• Able to work part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week).
• Able to commute to the designated work location in-person under hybrid policy.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power Platform, or similar technologies preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot preferred.
• Familiarity with automation, APIs, or low-code platforms preferred.
• Experience building applications, websites, or technical projects preferred.
• Basic programming or scripting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and testing of AI-powered solutions and agents.
• Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Document solution requirements, designs, and user guidance.
• Participate in solution demonstrations and stakeholder meetings.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of AI tools and applications.
