HireHi ищет инженера AI/ML с опытом разработки решений и развёртывания моделей, умеющего проектировать конвейеры от данных до продуктов. Рассматриваются удалённые кандидаты. Необходимо владение Databricks, Spark ML и опытом построения систем анализа и извлечения документов.

Кандидат будет заниматься созданием предиктивных моделей, алгоритмов обнаружения аномалий и разработкой AI-агентов для автоматизации бизнес-процессов. Проживание не обязательно в США; возможна международная удалённая работа.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 3 лет в AI/ML инженерии и реализации решений.
• Опыт в инженерии AI-решений, включая проектирование и развёртывание моделей.
• Умение работать с Databricks, Spark ML и распределённой обработкой данных.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать ML/GenAI компоненты на Databricks.
• Проектировать предиктивные модели для onboard и аналитики.
• Строить алгоритмы обнаружения аномалий для промышленных диагностиk.
• Разрабатывать RAG-пайплайны и системы извлечения документов.
• Разрабатывать функционал AI-агентов для продвинутых сценариев автоматизации.
• Сотрудничать с командой для перевода бизнес-требований в AI-решения.

Job description

Задачи

• Construct, validate, and implement ML and GenAI components using Databricks
• Design predictive models supporting asset onboarding and device analytics
• Architect and build anomaly-detection algorithms for industrial diagnostics
• Develop RAG pipelines that enable intelligent information retrieval
• Build document extraction workflows handling both structured and unstructured data
• Create AI agent functionalities that support advanced automation use cases
• Work with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions
• Enhance model performance, scalability, and reliability within production environments
• Track deployed models and refine them based on performance data and user feedback

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution delivery
• Strong background in AI Solution Engineering, including model design and deployment
• Proficiency in Databricks, Spark ML, and distributed data processing systems
• Experience creating predictive models and anomaly-detection algorithms
• Competence in constructing RAG pipelines, document extraction systems, and AI agents
• Familiarity with GenAI principles and industrial diagnostics applications
• Ability to architect complete ML workflows from data ingestion through deployment
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above
