Qualifications

• 4+ лет опыта в AI/ML/Data Science или родственной области

Responsibilities

The customer provides digital, connectivity, and business solutions to individual and organizational clients, including communication services, digital platforms, infrastructure solutions, and technology-enabled services. The project expands enterprise AI and data capabilities across a telecommunications organization through AI copilots, intelligent search, document intelligence, and agent-based automation.

Задачи

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service;
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms and AI copilots;
• Develop agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI assistants;
• Implement document intelligence and enterprise knowledge management solutions;
• Build and optimize vector search, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and re-ranking mechanisms;
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data platforms and business systems;
• Create production-grade evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for AI solutions;
• Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices using Azure-native tooling;
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and data residency requirements;
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver PoCs and production solutions;
• Optimize AI workloads for quality, latency, and cost efficiency;
• Support the deployment and operation of AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Требования

• At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
• At least 1.5–2 years of hands-on production experience with LLM and Generative AI solutions;
• Strong Python development skills;
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Search;
• Experience building RAG solutions in production;
• Experience with embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, and retrieval optimization;
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks;
• Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and observability;
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms;
• Knowledge of Azure networking and security concepts;
• Experience with REST APIs and Docker;
• Git-based development workflow experience;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, multi-agent systems and agent orchestration, document intelligence and OCR use cases, telecom industry experience, experience in regulated environments with data residency requirements, Microsoft AI certifications (AI-102 or similar), experience with customer analytics, recommendation engines, Next Best Action or Collection Intelligence solutions, experience supporting AI solutions in production environments.
