Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a Python AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate Generative AI solutions. You will work hands-on with Python, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-model agent architectures, integrating MCP across applications.

This onsite role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered systems. Contract is 12+ months, onsite in Plano, Texas, with a competitive $50–$55 per hour pay range.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and working with LLMs and Generative AI applications.
• Strong experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization.
• Experience designing and developing multi-model / multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and its integration with AI applications.
