Ninesmw is seeking an AI Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams and develop applications that automate processes and support decision-making. This on-site role in the United States focuses on deploying AI solutions and establishing best practices to scale AI across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AI/ML or software engineering, proficiency in Python and SQL, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for business stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 2+ years AI/ML or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models and GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with data pipelines and system integration.
• Strong communication to explain complex technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities to improve processes and support strategic goals.
• Design, build and deploy AI solutions including ML models, GenAI apps, agents, and data pipelines.
• Monitor production performance and use data to drive improvements in AI capabilities.
• Help establish development standards, reusable tools and best practices as AI capabilities expand.
