Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications in a fast-paced environment. You will build Generative AI apps, LLMs, and AI agents, while delivering robust REST APIs and backend services.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD, plus strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Onsite in New York City three days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications and AI solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI applications, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Implement AI workflows, automation, and third-party integrations.
• Work with Knowledge Graphs, databases, and data integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
