Job summary

Collectiv seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and ship production AI solutions on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. You’ll work hands-on, building agents, data pipelines, and integrations within a delivery team to bring real solutions to users.

The role emphasizes security, governance, and observability, ensuring solutions are secure, measurable, and maintainable after handoff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineer with production AI delivery experience.
• Experience deploying Copilot or AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design secure, observable and auditable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build declarative agents, Copilot connectors, and plugins for Microsoft 365 Copilot with client data.
• Develop custom agents and AI apps in Azure AI Foundry, incl. workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Implement security, identity, governance, evaluation sets, logging and monitoring for agents.

Job description

• The AI Engineer is a hands-on builder working directly with client teams to design, build, and ship production AI solutions on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• This individual contributor role writes code, configures agents, wires up data, and gets solutions into the hands of real users within a delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build declarative agents, Copilot connectors, and plugins that extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with client data and workflows.
• Build custom agents and AI applications in Azure AI Foundry, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Apply security, identity, and governance controls, build evaluation sets, and implement logging and monitoring for deployed agents.
