Collectiv is a boutique analytics and AI-focused consulting firm offering production AI solutions on the Claude platform. You will work remotely with client teams, writing code, building agents, and connecting Claude to client data as an individual contributor.

The role involves building agents and knowledge search experiences via the Claude API, deploying MCP servers, and integrating Claude with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI solutions using Claude or similar platforms.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and ship AI agents and integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise data systems and data privacy/security considerations.
