BairesDev ищет инженера ПО для проектирования и внедрения пайплайнов, соединяющих с провайдерaми LLM и платформами. Ваша задача — использовать AI-агентов для ускорения разработки, неся полную ответственность за кодовую базу и строя агентные системы, способные рассуждать, планировать и действовать.

Роль предполагает 100% удаленную работу, тесное взаимодействие с backend, платформой и командами UI. Требуется 5+ лет опыта, уверенное владение Java и Python, опыт работы с LLM API и RESTful API.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в разработке ПО.
• Сильные навыки Java.
• Практический опыт Python.
• Глубокие знания агентного дизайна систем: инструменты, петли агентов, вызов функций, структурированные выводы, моделирование рассуждений.
• Опыт разработки и интеграции RESTful API.
• Углубленное использование AI-ассистированного кодирования.
• Опыт работы с MCP или аналогами фреймворков оркестрации агентов.
• Опыт работы с LLM-API (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock); предпочтительно Anthropic.
• Высокий уровень английского.

Responsibilities

• Руководство AI-инициативами от идеи до продакшна.

In this role, you'll design and ship pipelines connecting to LLM providers and platforms, leading internal AI-driven initiatives that push the product forward. Using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery, you'll maintain full accountability for the codebase while building agentic systems that reason, plan, and act. • Advanced proficiency in English.
