Silimate (YC S23) is seeking an engineer with strong AI/ML and LLM experience to build AI-native core tools and agents for frontend chip design workflows in Mountain View, CA. You will own core product development and ship code daily, working directly with customers to translate feedback into product direction.

The role requires deep Python/C++ expertise, PyTorch proficiency, and a track record with ML pipelines and LLM fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and C++ with strong ML framework experience.
• Solid understanding of traditional ML models, LLMs, foundation models, and agents.
• Experience building ML pipelines and benchmarking LLMs/foundation models.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI models, core tools, and infrastructure for enterprise-grade customers.
• Make architectural decisions for key product features.
• Translate user feedback into product updates and roadmap.
