Job summary

IMA Financial Group seeks an AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support AI solutions that solve business problems. You will partner with business leaders to translate ambiguous needs into secure, scalable software, applying SDLC practices and governance.

Responsibilities include architecture decisions, developing AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using Copilot Studio and Azure, with strong emphasis on security, testing, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Data Science
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on AI design and delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
• Partner with AI Enablement Lead to understand problems, workflows, users, data needs, risks, success criteria
• Translate requirements into architecture, user stories, and delivery plans
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and automations
• Develop prompts, grounding strategies, tools, and reusable components
• Implement SDLC practices, CI/CD, testing, and documentation
