IMA Financial Group is seeking a software engineer focused on production AI delivery to advance scalable AI solutions for clients and internal teams. You will build agents, copilots, and automations using Azure, Copilot Studio, Python/C#, and apply best practices in SDLC, security, and governance to ensure reliable deployments across the business units.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases that unlock efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering or AI delivery.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and enterprise integration.
