Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant 2 to drive digital transformation for CMT clients in the United States. You will contribute to requirements elicitation, guide design discussions, and implement features while maintaining system stability.

You will also develop training and support frameworks and help resolve production issues. The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC, strong collaboration, and hands-on coding with AI-first solutions, including GenAI and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software application development experience.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements per guidance.
• Spearhead software design discussions and document decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features into apps.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records to enrich the knowledge base.
