Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing, and support activities to enrich knowledge base.
• Lead and influence multiple teams without direct authority.
