• Depth you can defend in agent/tool-use, post-training, reward modeling or RL environments.
• Evidence of zero-to-one ownership on a system or project with real users.
• Statistical judgment for experiments and baselines.
• Production engineering judgment to debug across model and system boundaries.
• Honest measurement over clear negative results.
