Formación

• 6+ years of ML/AI/data science in a production setting.
• Proficient with ML/NLP Python packages (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, transformers, HuggingFace).
• Expertise in AI/ML and NLP, including embeddings and transformer-based models.
• Experience with LLMs, supervised fine-tuning, and evaluating AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build, experiment, and evaluate AI agents and ML models in the NLP domain to improve medical coding/billing.
• Contribute to internal AI frameworks enabling scalable AI agents and ML models.
• Collaborate with a small team and engage with Operations and customers to drive improvements.
