Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an AI Engineer on the GTM Claudification team to build agents and AI systems that power Anthropic's go-to-market efforts. You will own projects from prototype to production, combining full-stack engineering with evaluation work and ROI measurement.

You will collaborate with sellers, RevOps, and platform engineers to shape shared platforms and best practices for a growing AI engineering function.

Qualifications

• Strong production skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with LLMs, context engineering, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience using evals and transcript analysis to improve LLM systems.
• Working fluency with data, including SQL.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec.

Responsibilities

• Build autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end-to-end.
• Design human oversight gates, handoffs, and escalation paths for sellers.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and run them in prod.
• Instrument model and tool calls, build observability tying actions to pipeline/revenue.
• Architect shared codebases and establish conventions for quality.
