Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Engineer on the GTM Claudification team in San Francisco to build autonomous agents for inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. You will design oversight, develop evaluation frameworks, and connect agents to CRM, data warehouses, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript and production apps.
• Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, and eval frameworks.
• Experience using evals and transcript analysis to improve LLM systems.
• Working fluency with data, including SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate autonomous agents for go-to-market motions end-to-end.
• Design human oversight: gates, handoffs, escalation paths.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and run in prod.
• Instrument model calls and build observability and ROI measurement.
• Architect shared codebases and establish conventions for quality.
