Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6+ years in software or AI production work.
• Strong programming in Python, Typescript, Java, or Go.
• Experience with generative AI, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI and agentic systems that solve business problems.
• Develop AI agents using reasoning, planning, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Evaluate AI agents pre- and post-deployment for ROI and safety.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor production performance, latency, costs, and reliability.
• Provide governance documentation and risk mitigation evidence.
