CBT Cincinnati is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to bridge AI tech and business processes. This role focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions across multiple platforms, not purely research or software development.

You will design AI-enabled workflows, build integrations with internal systems, and help CBT scale AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate is curious and adaptable, focused on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development or technical solution-building experience.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
• Strong APIs, integrations, and modern software architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow orchestration tools, or low-code solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data concepts, and system integrations.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership, accountability, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing AI-enabled agents and business workflows.
• Connecting AI services with internal business systems and APIs.
• Building solutions that improve knowledge accessibility and information retrieval.
• Supporting automation initiatives across CRM, Prophet21, eCommerce, and other platforms.
• Developing internal tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes and streamline workflows.
• Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting AI-powered systems and automations.
• Helping evaluate emerging AI technologies and their practical business applications.
