Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI Engineer to architect and build AI-driven IVR and conversational systems using Python. You will develop NLP models for intent detection and call routing and work across data analysis with SQL.

Collaborate on end-to-end LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and RAG, evaluating voice and chat use cases, and help establish efficient AI lifecycle practices. This onsite role requires 6+ years of experience in Telecom and IVR domains.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting AI-powered IVR and conversational systems.
• Strong Python programming for ML and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL data querying and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-driven IVR and conversational systems using Python.
