Job summary

Northern Base is seeking an AI Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions for complex business problems at our Sunrise, FL / Phoenix, AZ onsite offices. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, strong Python skills, and a deep understanding of ML lifecycle, model deployment, and governance.

You will collaborate with product managers and data engineers to build end-to-end ML pipelines, develop generative AI applications, and apply scalable patterns

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficient in Python with strong OOP concepts and data structures.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools and generative/agentic AI.
