We’re a small, passionate team building next-generation AI systems that fuse language, signal, and visual data into seamless, real-time experiences—and we need an engineer who shares our vision for longevity.

• Prototype, build, and productionize LLM-driven pipelines that integrate text, time-series, and image inputs

• Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and hybrid architectures for scalable inference

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical advisors to define success metrics and iterate rapidly

• Ensure our voice, chat, and multimodal interfaces meet high standards for reliability, latency, and cost

• 3+ years of production ML engineering (NLP or multimodal) using PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Falcon, GPT-style) and architecting RAG systems

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: API design, containerization (Docker & Kubernetes), MLOps (MLflow, Airflow)

• Bonus: time-series or image modeling; voice/stt-tts integration; familiarity with healthcare data compliance

• High Impact: Early-stage role where your work shapes both architecture and product direction
