Job summary

Axmed Global Health Advisory in the United States is hiring an experienced AI-enabled software engineer to design autonomous procurement agents for global health products. You will build end-to-end systems and ensure reliable operation in a fast-moving health tech marketplace.

You will own the full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate with an emphasis on reliability, cost, and latency. Remote-friendly, competitive salaries.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build reliable systems
• Fluency with the modern agentic stack including LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, tool use, and function calling
• Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping AI agents into a live production environment
• Experience owning systems after launch, including monitoring and debugging failures
• Experience working in ambiguous environments with limited infrastructure
