Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Python, Generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise copilots. The candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions, integrating AI services with enterprise systems, and implementing scalable AI architectures.

A background in Java development is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop and optimize AI-powered copilots and conversational assistants.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI services.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and REST APIs.
• Fine-tune, monitor, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects to define AI use cases.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
