Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and build enterprise Generative AI solutions, including AI assistants, intelligent agents, RAG apps, and automation workflows. You will deploy them with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI, and integrate with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software engineering or AI/ML, hands-on Generative AI/LLM delivery, and strong API/integration experience, plus familiarity with CI/CD, security,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or related development experience.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and/or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with RAG, vector search/databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform.
• Strong API and enterprise integration experience.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and production software development.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI assistants and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search
• Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data, vector search, and LLMs
• Build agentic and multi-agent workflows using Python, APIs, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and SaaS platforms
• Support AI solutions from design and development through testing, deployment, and production
• Implement CI/CD, LLMOps, security, governance, and Responsible AI practices
• Contribute to additional AI/ML initiatives including computer vision, automation, personalization, and forecasting
