Job summary

CMC Global Company Limited. seeks a seasoned AI software engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and RAG. You will build scalable AI services and integrations.

Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver production-ready solutions, optimize performance, security, and cost. You will stay current with Generative AI advances and apply best practices in governance and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development of AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise processes and recommend AI-driven improvements that create measurable business value.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building enterprise applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems while following security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using modern Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent solutions utilizing LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop APIs, AI services, and enterprise integrations supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance, and corporate functions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and cloud services to recommend practical solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver production-ready AI applications.
• Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to enterprise AI standards, documentation, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots, and enterprise AI innovation initiatives.
• Stay current on advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI development.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI governance, and enterprise software delivery practices.
• Experience building AI agents, orchestration workflows, and production RAG applications.
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
