Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Hands-on experience with ML, deep learning, statistics, or data mining.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, Docker, and modern cloud technologies.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.

This AI Engineer role helps take machine learning from design through production, while expanding integrations and contributing to the platform architecture that powers intelligent automation. The position is based in West Chester, PA (hybrid) with a salary range of USD 130,000 to 150,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models to support production use.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, validation, cleansing, and monitoring.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with AI agents, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Background supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, or operations automation initiatives.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and related cloud platforms.
