You will drive automation, data analytics, and AI governance across projects to boost productivity and deliver impact. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software/AI, 2+ years with Generative AI and LLMs, and strong API integration skills.

As an AI Engineer, you will be part of the AI & Automation Department supporting enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

What's the Job?

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Studio.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, and responsible AI practices.
