Job summary

Max AI is building the world's first human-free, fully autonomous medical billing AI agent. We seek a senior ML/AI engineer with 6+ years in production ML/AI, focused on NLP, LLMs, and scalable models to improve medical coding and revenue cycle workflows.

You will own end-to-end model development and collaborate closely with Operations and customers. You will work in a fast-growing startup environment, leveraging TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face tools, with strong emphasis on responsible AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ML/AI/data science experience in a production setting.
• Proficiency with ML/NLP Python packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, transformers (and related Hugging Face tools).
• Expertise in AI/ML with a focus on NLP (pre-processing, embeddings, transformer-based models).
• Experience with LLMs, including supervised fine-tuning, AI frameworks, and evaluation of LLMs.
