VDart Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer in Hartford, CT for a full-time role focusing on building and deploying Generative AI solutions. The position requires strong Python programming and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain, with emphasis on RAG and AI Agents.

Preferred candidates have Azure AI, Databricks, and Snowflake expertise. The role involves collaborating with data teams and deploying ML workflows, with opportunities to shape AI strategy and leverage modern MLOps

• Strong programming in Python required.

• Expertise in Generative AI including RAG and AI Agents.
• Familiarity with LangChain and agentic frameworks is a plus.

Job Title: AI Engineer

Required Skill and Experience

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
• Expertise in Generative AI, including:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• AI Agents / Agentic frameworks

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in Data Engineering & pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch processing)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
• Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ML workflows)
• Strong understanding of Snowflake and Data Cloud architectures
• Knowledge of Conversational AI architecture and NLP systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices
