Job Summary:

Leads the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Partners with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Oversees cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI capabilities. Governs project execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translates business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Manages cross-functional teams responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversees project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Quantifies and tracks business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives.
• Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Manages team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required.
• Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required.
