Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Solutions Enablement & Client Enablement Lead within the Commercial & Investment Bank for the AI Enablement team. You will drive rollout of AI tooling and act as the voice of the CIB in feedback loops to product owners.

The role partners with product owners and business CFOs to measure tangible outcomes, and empowers client-facing teams with knowledge of JPM’s AI strategy through 1:1 sessions, roundtables, and panels. This is a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Must have AI experience in financial services.
• Strategy experience from top strategy firm or related role.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and agentic workflows.
• Degree in a relevant field (BSc/MSc).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the CIB AI rollout strategy by persona.
• Assess AI products and influence the roadmap to meet CIB needs.
• Synthesize information for senior management and risk considerations.
• Define and track AI adoption metrics across the AI tool inventory.
• Enable client-facing teams with AI training and materials.
• Provide thought leadership on AI adoption for key CIB clients.
