Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Program Manager – AI Enablement to lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise productivity initiatives, translating strategy into executable workplans and ensuring adoption across clinical and non‑clinical environments.

You will partner with operations, HR, finance, analytics, and technology to identify opportunities, manage risks, and realize measurable impact on labor efficiency and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years leading cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• 4+ years program management, operations improvement, or analytics‑enabled implementation.
• 2+ years healthcare experience in workforce productivity or labor management.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of workforce productivity initiatives from intake to launch and stabilization.
• Translate strategy into scope, milestones, and deliverables with risks and dependencies.
• Maintain program artifacts like plans, risk logs, and executive updates.
• Coordinate across operations, HR, finance, analytics, and technology.
• Define success criteria and monitor initiative performance and adoption.
