Job summary

HonorHealth in Arizona is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and agent-enabled workflows across enterprise use cases. This role emphasizes secure, governed, and scalable AI solutions that support decision making and productivity.

You will collaborate with AI Trainers, software engineers, analysts, and governance partners to ensure responsible implementation and measurable impact on business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required; Masters preferred.
• 2 years API, application integration, cloud-based platforms, or workflow orchestration experience.
• 3 years software engineering, systems integration, workflow automation, AI application development, or related experience.
• Preferred experience with healthcare, HR, or other regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agent-enabled workflows using approved enterprise platforms, APIs, orchestration tools, and LLM capabilities.
• Ensure agent configurations operate within governance, access, privacy, and security boundaries; implement safe-use controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into agent logic, prompts, and interaction patterns; test and validate reliability.
• Support controlled rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agent capabilities across enterprise use cases.
