• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in program management or cross-functional technology delivery.
• Knowledge of FERPA, GDPR, CCPA and other privacy regulations; vendor governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of enterprise AI initiatives, pilots, onboarding, and governance.
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments for AI tools, platforms, and integrations.
• Oversee AI intake processes including security, privacy, and contracts.
• Maintain vendor approval criteria and connector decisions for AI.
• Collaborate with Procurement on AI contracts, DPAs, and terms.
• Maintain approved AI vendor list and reassessment cadence.
• Develop governance artifacts: intake workflows, logs, status reports, exec updates.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
• Track program achievements, risks, and readiness across AI initiatives.
• Support scaling of AI enablement activities including onboarding and documentation.
