Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
• Experience supporting or training users on technology platforms and workflows.
• Experience working with generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or legal AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Champion the responsible use of AI tools within legal workflows.
• Identify appropriate use cases for AI in drafting, summarization, research preparation, matter organization, knowledge retrieval, and administrative efficiency.
• Develop practical prompting strategies, templates, and best practices tailored to legal work.
• Support evaluation and rollout of new legal technology solutions and AI-enabled tools.
• Assist users in troubleshooting workflow and adoption challenges and provide hands-on enablement.
