Job summary

MediQuant is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer in Independence, OH. This senior role leads the rapid development of secure AI capabilities across enterprise products, focusing on LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation to boost delivery velocity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, strong knowledge of PHI/PII handling and HIPAA/HITECH, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating with product, security, and delivery stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering with hands-on LLM development.
• Experience with PHI/PII data protection and HIPAA/HITECH.
• Strong prompt engineering and orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and AI tooling for enterprise use.
• Design secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise patterns.
• Develop AI-driven automation and testing workflows.
• Lead enablement activities and training for teams.
• Document reusable AI patterns and reference implementations.
• Ensure PHI/PII handling complies with HITRUST/HIPAA.
