Bloomberg L.P. is seeking an External Relations AI Enablement Lead to accelerate practical adoption of AI across ER.

This hands-on, technically fluent role partners with Communications, Corporate Philanthropy, Climate Finance, and Global Public Policy to identify high-value use cases and prototype AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and scale. You will serve as a bridge to engineering, product, operations, and compliance, translating emerging AI capabilities into usable,

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with programming, automation, data analysis, or product/engineering work.
• Strong practical fluency with AI tools and curiosity about future developments.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ER teams to identify workflows where AI can improve speed, quality, insight or scale.
• Prototype practical AI-enabled solutions using internal tools and lightweight technical approaches.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into testable AI use cases, pilots, and repeatable workflows.
• Develop reusable playbooks, prompts, workflows, and training materials for ER.
• Run demos, office hours, workshops, and showcases to make AI use cases concrete.
