Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking an experienced software engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI-native solutions. You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify workflows where agents create true leverage and design event-driven systems that process large data volumes.

You will own deployed solutions through adoption and iterate based on real user feedback, contributing to a private markets platform serving 2,300+ GPs with 1,000+ employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping production software with hands-on AI-native application development.
• Strong systems design and full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and infrastructure.
• Excellent written communication and product judgment to define scope and deliver working software.
