Brooks Automation is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to influence how engineering work is done and to drive responsible AI adoption across engineering teams. You will identify, evaluate, develop, and deploy AI tools and workflows that improve productivity across systems, mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related discipline.
In depth knowledge of modern AI tools and their application to technical tasks.
Experience improving engineering tools, processes, or development efficiency.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and apply AI tools that improve engineering efficiency across disciplines.
Design, develop, and maintain custom AI agents and lightweight automation tools.
Identify recurring engineering problems and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
Integrate AI tools and agents into existing engineering workflows.
Partner with engineering teams to pilot AI solutions and refine them.
